R&D Center:

The McKeith Food R&D Center, established in Suzhou since 2008, has undergone over a decade of development and has recently expanded its presence with a new R&D branch in Shanghai.

Through continuous research and development of our products, along with ongoing flavor adjustments, we strive to provide consumers with an enhanced taste experience.

R&D team:

R&D personnel are all from food majors and have many years of R&D experience.

The company regularly conducts product R&D technical training and conducts technical exchanges with various industry sectors to continuously improve the professional and innovative capabilities of R&D personnel.

R&D Categories:

Our research and development laboratory currently focus on developing Korean-style fried chicken sauce, Korean-style seasoning, Korean, Chinese, and Western fusion cuisine, and other related products. 

In order to better meet market demands, our R&D team consistently innovates and works on developing new products, aiming to propel McKeith towards global recognition.

Production Workshop:

 Production Environment: Each production workshop is designed in accordance with cleanroom standards, equipped with an independent air filtration and circulation system to ensure the quality and safety of food production.

IProduction Equipment: We employ automated intelligent equipment while emphasizing hygiene management and control throughout the production process. We prioritize advanced processes to ensure both product quality and flavor, while maximizing the elimination of microorganisms and enhancing production efficiency. The company is committed to continuously introducing various intelligent instruments and updating equipment for ongoing improvement and innovation.

Through continuous selection and control, we have established stable partnerships with suppliers. Ensuring safety from the source, we aim to guarantee the quality and taste of our products by meticulously choosing high-quality raw materials. 

IImproving Hardware Facilities for Automated Production
Through continuous equipment upgrades, we have achieved 16 automated production lines, along with automated feeding and packaging equipment, replacing manual operations. This enhancement in hardware facilities allows for a more efficient and automated production process.

IMaintaining Quality Control and Establishing a Food Monitoring System
McKeith currently possesses multiple laboratories and a variety of testing equipment, covering raw materials and various physical and chemical indicators of finished products. We adhere to management systems such as HACCP and ISO9001:2015, ensuring comprehensive implementation in terms of product safety and quality. We have established an internal control system that spans the entire supply chain, including sourcing, production, transportation, and distribution, thereby achieving systematic management of food safety.

 With a nationwide network of distributors and our own brand of fried chicken outlets, we offer OEM and ODM customization services. We also provide comprehensive training services, including gourmet preparation training and training on the use of McKeith products.
